How we handle information you share with us through sethcg.com.
Effective September 21, 2026
Seth Consulting Group LLC (“SCG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates sethcg.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the limited ways it is shared. We keep this simple on purpose: we don’t sell your data, we don’t run ad networks, and we don’t build advertising profiles.
Information you provide through our contact form. Our contact form asks for your first name, last name, business name, email address, phone number, the nature of your inquiry, and a short description of what you’re looking for. You choose what to submit. We only ask for what we need in order to respond to you.
Information collected automatically. Our web host records standard server log information when you visit the Site — typically IP address, browser type and version, pages requested, and timestamps. This is standard practice for essentially every website on the internet and is used to keep the Site running and to investigate technical issues or abuse.
Third-party resources loaded by the Site. The Site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches these fonts, Google may receive your IP address and basic request information as a normal part of that connection. We do not send Google any additional information about you.
We use the information you submit through the contact form to:
We use server logs to keep the Site running and to investigate technical issues or abuse.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your information to anyone.
We share information only with the vendors we use to operate the Site and our business:
Each of these vendors has its own privacy practices governed by its own policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
The Site does not currently use cookies or similar tracking technologies for advertising, remarketing, or cross-site tracking.
We may in the future add basic web analytics (for example, Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. If we do, we will update this policy to describe the change and update the effective date at the top. Regardless of any future analytics use, we will not use cookies for advertising targeting or to build advertising profiles about you.
We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement and a reasonable period afterward for business, tax, and legal recordkeeping. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time (see Section 7).
We take reasonable measures to protect the information submitted through the Site, but no system is perfectly secure. Please do not send us sensitive information — Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passwords, protected health information — through the contact form.
You may:
We will respond within a reasonable time.
The Site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Site, contact us and we will delete it.
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, note the change on the Site.
